The TABEO-2/M/ZIRKON-120 is a sintering furnace capable of accommodating up to three stacked sintering trays with a diameter of Ø 120 mm and a height of 30 mm. The heating chamber is front-loaded and manually opened and closed via a swing door. Four molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) heating elements allow the furnace to reach a maximum sintering temperature of 1650°C with heating rates of up to 25°C/min.

Device and program parameters can be easily entered and stored in the program controller, with 9 available program slots. The device status is displayed on a 7-segment LED display. An integrated timer function allows sintering processes to run automatically. Three preset service programs assist with maintenance and cleaning of the heating system and sintering accessories.
